In the manufacturing of lithium-ion battery cathodes and high-end Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), copper foil is extremely dense and heavy. Traditional paper or plastic cores easily bend under this massive weight, causing the expensive foil to wrinkle and become scrap.
Our Ultra-Rigid FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) Winding Core is the ultimate solution. Manufactured using advanced pultrusion and filament winding technology, this core provides the extreme structural integrity of steel but at a fraction of the weight, ensuring absolute zero deflection (bending) during high-tension, heavy-load winding processes.
